This policy explains what personal information Techcadd Virtual Academy (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit virtualacademy.in or enroll in one of our live online courses, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

When you fill in the enrollment form, we collect your full name, mobile (WhatsApp) number, email address, city, the course you select and your current status (student, working professional, business owner or other). We also note the page you submitted the form from.

When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we keep the messages and details you share with us.

When you pay, your payment is handled by your bank, UPI app or payment provider. We do not see or store your card number, UPI PIN or net banking password. We only keep the payment reference and amount for our records.

During your course, we may keep records of attendance, project submissions and the name to be printed on your certificate.

2. What we don't collect

We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this website. The site stores one small flag in your browser's session storage so the enrollment popup does not keep appearing after you submit the form; it is deleted when you close the tab.

3. How we use your information

To contact you on WhatsApp or by phone to confirm your batch, timing and payment.
To send class links, schedules, study material and course updates.
To provide doubt support and issue your course certificate.
To answer your questions and process refund requests.
To tell you about new courses or batches. You can ask us to stop these messages at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with services that help us run the academy:

Google (Google Sheets), where enrollment details are stored.
WhatsApp (Meta), which we use to talk to you and to run batch and doubt-support groups. Other members of your batch group can see your name and number.
CallMeBot, which sends our team a WhatsApp alert when a new enrollment arrives.
Our website host and the video platform used for live classes.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to deliver your course and certificate, and afterwards for our records. You can ask us to delete it at any time, except where we must keep it by law (for example, payment and tax records).

6. Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent to further use. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, such as limiting access to our team and keeping form submission keys on our server. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Learners under 18

If you are under 18, please enroll with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with its “Last updated” date.
