Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use virtualacademy.in or enroll in a live online course from Techcadd Virtual Academy. By submitting the enrollment form or paying the course fee, you agree to them.

1. Enrollment

Submitting the enrollment form is a request for a seat. Your seat is confirmed only after you pay the course fee and our team confirms your batch on WhatsApp. Please give correct details, as we use them to contact you and to print your certificate.

2. Fees and payment

The fee is ₹1,999 per course, unless a different price is shown at the time you enroll. You can pay by UPI, debit/credit card or net banking. Each course is paid for separately.

3. Refunds

If you cancel, ₹1,000 of the fee is kept and the rest is refunded. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

4. Batches and classes

Batch timings and course durations shown on the website are a guide. We may change timings, trainers or merge batches when needed, and we will tell you in advance.
Classes are held live online. You need your own device and a stable internet connection.
If you miss a class, contact your mentor or the doubt support group and we will help you catch up. We do not guarantee recordings of every class.

5. Your conduct

Be respectful to trainers and other learners in classes and WhatsApp groups.
Do not share class links, or record, copy or redistribute class sessions or material, without permission.
Use what you learn in the Cyber Security course only on systems you own or have written permission to test, and only for legal, ethical purposes.

We may remove a learner from a batch for serious or repeated breaches of these rules. A refund is not given in that case.

6. Certificate

You will receive a Techcadd Virtual Academy certificate when you complete the course, including any final project your trainer asks for.

7. Course material

Class content, notes and other material belong to Techcadd Virtual Academy or its trainers. They are for your personal learning only. Projects you build during the course belong to you, and you can add them to your portfolio.

8. No job guarantee

Our courses help you build practical skills. Career paths shown on the website are examples of roles the skills relate to. We do not guarantee a job, internship, income or any particular result.

9. Limitation of liability

We do our best to keep classes running and information accurate, but we are not responsible for losses caused by internet or device problems on your side, third-party platforms being unavailable, or events outside our control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fee you paid for the course concerned.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you enroll applies to your enrollment.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Punjab, India.
